The problem

Your trip lives in twelve tabs, a few apps, and a group chat.

The itinerary's in a doc. Confirmations buried in your inbox. The who-owes-who in a spreadsheet. And the big decisions? Lost in a group chat at message #243. Whether you're planning solo or for ten, it's the same scattered mess every single time.

What if the whole trip just lived in one place?

Everything for the trip — start to finish.

How it works

From idea to itinerary in minutes.

1

Describe the trip.

Where, when, what you’re into. tripcoord drafts a full day-by-day itinerary in minutes — up to two weeks, one city or several.

2

Make it yours.

Edit, reorder, regenerate, add your own stops and prep tasks. Going with people? Invite them on one link to vote and chip in.

3

Go.

Everything’s in your pocket — the plan, the day-of guide, the splits. And it all gets saved to your travel map when you’re home.

Try it on your next trip →

The whole crew, on one link.

Invite everyone on one link — they vote on activities, chat, and split costs with you. For the friend who always ends up planning the group trip, the herding finally has a home. Going solo? Same toolkit, just fewer voices.

It doesn't stop at the itinerary.

The itinerary is where tripcoord starts, not where it ends — a “don't forget” prep checklist before you leave, a day-of guide that tells everyone where to be and when while you're there, and a travel map that fills in when you're home. The whole arc of the trip, in one place.

Stone fortress passage in Rome

Rome — the 4pm wander

A starting point, not a finish line.

tripcoord drafts the trip — real stops, food, photo spots, timing — then hands you the controls. Swap an activity you don't love, add another destination, shift a day around, bring people in to weigh in. You're not untangling a wall of text; you're inside the trip, shaping it until it's yours.

Wherever your trip stands

Two ways in. Both free.

Dreaming about someday, or already holding confirmation numbers — tripcoord meets the trip where it is.

No trip on the calendar?

Perfect time to start.

tripcoord isn't just for the two weeks a year you're traveling. It's where the next trip quietly takes shape — and where the old ones live on.

Then the part no one else does

“Can't I just ask a chatbot?”

A chatbot gives you a one-off itinerary in a window you'll lose by Tuesday. tripcoord is where your trips actually live — planned, coordinated, split, and saved. From a weekend away to a month abroad, on your own or with everyone. It's the part that happens after the itinerary.

Good questions.

Is it just for groups?+

Not at all. tripcoord works great solo — itineraries, prep, layovers, and your travel map are all yours alone. The group tools are right there for when you want them.

Is it free?+

Yes, to start. Plan a trip and invite your group on the free plan. A Trip Pass covers one big trip; Travel Pro is a subscription for people who travel more often.

Trip Pass or a subscription — which do I want?+

Taking one big trip this year? A Trip Pass is perfect — pay once, six travelers included, $4 per extra seat. Planning several trips a year? Travel Pro keeps everything unlocked all year and works out cheaper per trip.

Do my friends need to pay?+

No. Everyone you invite can vote on activities and chat free — on any trip. To split expenses and run split-track days as a group, the trip just needs a Trip Pass: one purchase opens those tools to your whole crew, and no one else pays a thing.

What if I already booked something?+

Bring it with you — free. In the trip builder, add your flights and hotels (day one starts after you land, and your days anchor on where you sleep) and paste any plans you’ve already made; tickets land on the right day at the right time. On Trip Pass and Travel Pro you can also drop in a travel-agent PDF or confirmation email and tripcoord turns the whole thing into an editable trip.

I don't have a trip planned — is this for me?+

Yes. A free account gets you Discover (browse real itineraries and save ones you love), On My Radar (your someday list), and My World (log past trips, fill your travel map, earn stamps). When a trip does land on the calendar, you're already halfway there.
